Thank you for choosing to be part of The Breathing Room, a 3-day, 2-night yoga and wellness retreat by Outdoor Yoga Chennai. Please review the terms and conditions before completing your payment.

1. Payment & Confirmation

Your spot is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Early bird rates are valid until November 30th 2025.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online link, or cash.
Once payment is completed, please share the payment confirmation via WhatsApp for verification.

2. Non-Refund Policy

As the retreat venue is fully booked for our group and the dates are approaching, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.
Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another participant to take your place (subject to approval and available accommodation type).
This policy helps us cover advance commitments to the venue, facilitators, and vendors.

3. Accommodation & Stay

All accommodations are double sharing unless single occupancy has been pre-approved.
Single accommodation requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
The entire resort has been reserved exclusively for our retreat for privacy, safety, and a peaceful environment.

4. Conduct & Safety

Attendees are responsible for the security of all personal belongings brought to the event are entirely at the owner's risk; the organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.
Participants are expected to maintain a mindful, respectful, and substance-free environment throughout the retreat.
Alcohol, smoking, or any form of recreational substance use is strictly prohibited.
Please follow instructor guidance during yoga and movement sessions for safety and comfort.

5. Photography & Media Sharing Policy

Event photography and media will be shared exclusively through the official OYC medium channels.
Photos and short videos may be taken during the retreat for community memories and Outdoor Yoga Chennai promotions.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the team before the retreat begins.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or government restrictions, Outdoor Yoga Chennai reserves the right to reschedule or modify the retreat.
In such cases, your payment will be adjusted toward the rescheduled retreat — not refunded.
